Vegan Friendly Dining in Shanghai

Whenever I’m wandering through Shanghai and craving a bite to eat, I love stopping by Duli. Duli specialises in plant-based dishes, and makes for a great treat with dishes that fuse both Western and Asian flavours together. What We Ate: - Tom Yum Wonton Soup: A bowl of warming Tom Yum soup with Tofu and mushrooms stuffed wontons. - Farro and Toasted Cashew Salad: Featuring spinach, arugula, avocado, cashews, cranberries, cherry tomatoes and pickled red onions and a mustard vinaigrette. - Gong Bao Pizza: with tofu, vegan cheese, tomato sauce, mushroom, bell pepper, Sichuan peppercorn and spring onion.
