Shanghai Temple Autumn Photography Contest, time to submit your entries

This autumn, I casually visited Longhua Temple and Zhenru Temple. The ginkgo trees at both temples are very beautiful. I really love the ginkgo trees in temples. Even though there are many people and it’s noisy, every time I visit a temple, I feel a sense of calm inside. Personally, I still prefer the two big ginkgo trees at Zhenru Temple. It’s a bit difficult to find good angles at Longhua Temple (except for the classic spots). When visiting temples, you must go early, really early. In autumn, even at 3 PM, the ginkgo trees in the temple will dim because there’s no direct sunlight. Both Longhua Temple and Zhenru Temple are best visited in the morning when the light is good. I really just can’t get out of bed. •
