Bottega in Shanghai totally hit the spot. I went for a chill brunch and ended up staying way longer than planned - it’s that kind of place. The pizza? Unreal. Crispy, airy crust with just the right char. We had the Montanara and it was next-level good. The space is fun and stylish, with disco balls and vintage Italian flair, but still super relaxed.
