The Ultimate Guide to Visiting Shanghai Wildlife Park!

After five visits to Shanghai Wildlife Park, I've finally found the perfect itinerary! 💗 This time, the route was the most satisfying 💗 🔸🔸🔸 🔹 Enter the park at 10 AM, greeted by flamingos 🦩, then stroll to the safari area. 🔹 Around 10:30 AM, the safari area is empty! We got on the car immediately (half an hour later, there was a long queue). 🔹 In the morning, we watched the big animals, and their conditions were great! At this time, you might witness the "White Tiger Boarding," "Wolf Feeding" behavior displays. 🔸🔸🔸 🔹 After the safari, we visited alpacas 🦙, kangaroos 🦘, golden takins 🐂, giraffes 🦒, pandas 🐼, cheetahs 🐆, crane wetlands, and penguins 🐧. 🔹 We arranged for family members to secure seats at "Sun Plaza," sitting in the middle of the third row, which offered a great view! At 12 PM, we watched the "Nature's Secrets" show, featuring acrobatics and performances by 🐶🐒🦓🐆 ostriches, pelicans, etc. 🔹 After the show, we went to the Tiger 🐅 Restaurant for lunch, enjoying a 40% discount for three people with the annual pass. 🔸🔸🔸 🔹 After lunch, we continued exploring. We were eager to see the hippos brushing their teeth, so during this time, we watched zebras and elephants 🐘, then timed our return for the tapir presentation (1:30 PM, optional 😅) and the hippo 🦛 brushing teeth behavior display (2 PM)! The hippos were not very cooperative, as the baby and mother hippo went back to rest, and another hippo 🦛 came out to "bathe" 😅. We witnessed the hippo's wild head-shaking bathing style, which was quite dramatic! 🔸🔸🔸 🔹 Afterward, we "rushed" to Beast Mountain (2:15 PM), where family members had secured seats. Unexpectedly, we saw the interaction between the hippo 🦛 and 🤡 clown, which was a delightful surprise not seen before. 🔹 The performances continued as usual 👍👍! 🐻, flamingos, 🐒, and capybaras took turns showcasing, with the elephant 🐘 performing a water spray at the end. 🔹 We bought tickets for three rides at the amusement park for 58 RMB, riding once on the first day and twice on the carousel 🎠 the next day. 🔸🔸🔸 🔹 At 3 PM, we watched the tiger 🐅 feeding behavior display. 🔹 At 3:15 PM, the bear 🐻 swimming behavior display was spectacular! Stand a bit to the right, first 🈶🐻 eating apples 🍎, then 🐻 swimming, and finally fishing 🐟! 🔹 After watching the bear 🐻 cub, it was time for a nap 😅, and we continued exploring. Recently, many new animal babies have been born in the small animal park, so be sure to check them out‼️ The baby orangutans and lion cubs 🦁 are incredibly cute!
