Shanghai Museum of Glass ~1

Shanghai Museum of Glass is located in the Shanghai Museum of Glass Park on Changjiang West Road, Baoshan District. It was formerly the Shanghai Glass Instrument Factory No. 1. The museum is a professional museum approved by the Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau and supervised by the Shanghai Cultural Heritage Administration. It opened to the public in May 2011 and is a 4A-level tourist attraction, as well as a science education base and a specialized science venue in Shanghai. The Shanghai Museum of Glass adheres to the concept of "creating and sharing a new aesthetic life in museums" and is the first interactive experience museum with glass as the main art subject, featuring a "community-based, international" approach.
