Dumplings and Noodles

I was put up on the huang he road during my stay in shanghai. And every day on my way to the metro station I would pass by jia Jai tang bao. Always wondered why so many people were qued up. So decided to try with a Chinese friend who gave good reviews for it. Since then I might have been there tree times. The food is simplistic yet flavourful. These are varieties of dumplings and my personal favourite is their scallion oil noodles. They have sets too and its not so difficult to decide by the menu. But I think they are well known for dumplings. Should you be in shanghai and wish to have an experience of something authentic and something that locals too frequent.
