Fuxing Island Park

Fuxing Island Park is located in Yangpu District, just a short walk from Exit 2 of Fuxing Station on Metro Line 12. Upon entering the park, you can see the Fuxing Rock; turning right, you will find a path lined with blooming cherry trees, where you can take photos on the lawn, enjoy the artificial hills and flowing water, and view the Japanese-style cottages... Turning left leads to a vast camphor forest, and further in, you can see the White Mansion, a building with historical stories. It was the last gathering place for Chiang Kai-shek before he left Shanghai. The White Mansion was renovated and opened in 2021, now housing books, specimens, and more, making it a great place for parent-child education.
