I've lived in Shanghai for 4 years, and it's my favorite city in the world. It's fun, modern, traditional, and filled with so many options! Here are some of my must-do recommendations for your visit: Visit the Bund: The Bund is a waterfront promenade that offers stunning views of the city skyline. It's a great place to walk, take photos, or just people-watch. Explore Yu Gardens: Yu Gardens are a beautiful example of traditional Chinese gardens. They're a great place to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Take a walk through a water village: There are several water villages located around Shanghai. These villages are a great way to experience the traditional way of life in China. Visit Disney Resort Shanghai: Disney Resort Shanghai is a great place to visit if you're traveling with children or if you're a child at heart. There are rides, shows, and attractions for everyone to enjoy. Sample the local cuisine: Shanghai is a foodie's paradise! There are restaurants serving food from all over the world, but I recommend trying some of the local specialties, such as xiaolongbao (steamed dumplings), wonton noodles, and Shanghainese fried rice.
