Sinan Road

This is a narrow street that leads off Huaihai Middle Road, Shanghai's main thoroughfare. Along this street, Western-style buildings reminiscent of the concession era line the streets, giving you a taste of the good old Shanghai. This atmosphere is rare in a city filled with malls, offices, and apartments created through redevelopment. For a meal, we recommend A Niang Noodle House. It's a small (and dirty) building that could almost be called a shack, with tables and metal chairs lined up inside. But for some reason, it's a Michelin-starred restaurant! The food is certainly delicious, but why did Michelin choose it???
