Ibis Gading Serpong

Firstly, the staff members were very friendly, friendlier than some of luxurious hotels we usually stay in. They provide lemon infused water in the lobby, which I thought was a nice touch. I think the Accor group has made significant changes throughout the years. The room was clean, not big but they provide you with your basic needs and more. I thought for the price, it was more than necessary. The only negative thing I could pick was the colour of one of the walls, it was bright orange which I thought was a strange colour to paint in a bedroom, a more relaxing colour would make the room's ambience much better.
