Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera

The room is really good, even the superior room is spacious, nice, well lit, with good amenities, the location also great, but comparing to my other stays before the pandemic, the service is kind of less than I expected for a four star hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful, however, guess because of the pandemic, it seems that they are under staff. I stayed from Friday - Monday, and when I arrived, there is no one to stand by near the door to help me take out all my belongings from the car. There is this security check post, but it's not being used as well. For the pandemic precaution, they do provide hand sanitizers with adequate numbers in public spaces, the staff also used proper masks and face shields, and they do provide one for the guests when you ask, there is also an automatic infrared thermometer to check your temperature without touching it. Location is top notch. Modern shopping mall is next door, and tons of eateries are within walking distance. Stay here on new year's eve, and you will have a spectacular fireworks display. #summervacation#hotelstay#urbanexplorer
