Head out on this 6.9-km out-and-back trail near Karo, North Sumatra. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 4 h 32 min to complete. This trail is great for backpacking, camping, and hiking, and it's unlikely you'll encounter many other people while exploring. The way to climb Mount Sinabung is quite uphill, you will be treated to views of tomato, chili and corn fields at the beginning of the climb.
