[Tazawako Tourism] Tazawako Rest House

Tazawako Rest House is located on the shores of Lake Tazawa in Senboku City, Akita Prefecture. It is a restaurant where you can enjoy your meal while looking out at the Persian blue lake surface from every seat.  The restaurant offers a wide variety of menus that make use of local ingredients, such as the local dish Kiritanpo hotpot, Inaniwa udon, Hachimantai pork, and Hinai chicken oyakodon.  The shop sells Akita folk crafts, famous sake, local specialty foods and sweets, making it the perfect place to choose souvenirs.
