Langkofel

#hellohalloween Sassolungo, also known as Langkofel, is the highest peak of the Sassolungo Group in the Dolomites of northern Italy. Its name means "long stone" in Italian, German, and Ladin, referring to its elongated shape. The striking mountain is a famous landmark in the Val Gardena region and a popular destination for climbers and hikers. The mountain is part of the Dolomite range, which is itself part of the Alps. It is situated in South Tyrol and overlooks the Val Gardena.
