Harris Resort Waterfront Batam

#hotelreview Harris Resort Waterfront Batam is located 20 minutes away from Sekupang Ferry Terminal, which is a short ferry ride from Singapore. The hotel may not be near the center of Batam, but the many activities and facilities made up for it. Especially when you are here to unwind and enjoy. We had a room facing the swimming pool which offered a nice viewThe room is clean, spacious and well appointed. The bed were comfy and gave us a good night’s sleep. The buffet breakfast included was pretty decent with some nice options. It does get very crowded during the peak hours and food trays get empty. So do try to go early. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. One notable occasion was when I forgotten to bring along my kid’s water bottle and she was thirsty. I approached the restaurant staff wanting to purchase a bottle of water from them but they so kindly gave it to me on the house. I was surprised as I was ready to get it charged to my room. I didn’t get to try the spa during my stay but I’ve heard good things about it. Definitely something I’ll want to try the next time I come. Overall it was a great stay at Harris Resort, we all left very well relaxed and would be back again soon.
