The restaurant name is called Baliban Braised duck and it is an old school restaurant serving kway chap and their popular dish which is braised duck. The restaurant has a nostalgic setting with no air conditioning. Their braised duck is tender and soft, with a little fat. That thick sweet savoury gravy that goes with the duck makes it flavourful and tasty. Other dishes to order would be braised beancurd skin, braised large intestines, and gizzard. They were excellently cooked. Instead of ordering a white bowl of rice, I would prefer their kway teow in a herbal soup broth, to go with your dishes. It's always a thumbs up at Baliban braised duck restaurant, you will enjoy your meal here too!
