[Hokkaido] Sapporo, a cold but warm city

#Spring0yentrip The first thing that surprised me when I arrived in Sapporo was how urban yet somehow laid-back the atmosphere was. I went to a ramen shop just a short walk from the station and had a light miso ramen, but the richness of the soup was soaking into my cold body. After that, I went to the classic clock tower. It's sometimes called a disappointing tourist spot, but that's not the case at all, and it was worth seeing as I learned about Sapporo's history. I also climbed the TV tower, and the view of Sapporo's cityscape from above was neatly arranged like a checkerboard, and beautiful. Sapporo is packed with gourmet food and sightseeing, and it's a place I want to come back to.
