Only issue is the outdoor parking. Everything else (room, food, amenities) are acceptable for a 3 or 4 star hotel. They are also very accommodating re: booking adjustments. Room was adequate enough to fit us all three with clean crispy linens. My children and I had a wonderful night at the hotel. I just had a little problem at the FO due to Agoda's cancellation of my booking. Thankfully, FO supervisor assisted me well by offering a better room with a view and gave me free accommodation for my son. They offered few options from their breakfast menu but the service and food were both satisfying. Burp!
