Chengyang Eight Villages of Sanjiang

Chengyang Eight Villages is located in Sanjiang Dong Autonomous County, Liuzhou City, Guangxi, inhabited by the Dong ethnic group, and is 19 kilometers away from Sanjiang County. Chengyang Eight Villages includes eight villages: Ma'an, Pingzhai, Yanzhai, Pingtan, Dongzhai, Chengyang Dazhai, Pingpu, and Jichang, commonly known as 'Chengyang Eight Villages'. These villages are managed by three administrative village committees and are home to nearly 10,000 Dong people. This area is known for its numerous festivals and is called the 'Land of a Hundred Festivals'. The world-famous Chengyang Wind and Rain Bridge is located on the Linxi River beside Chengyang Eight Villages. Built in 1912, Chengyang Bridge is currently the largest wind and rain bridge in the world.
