In a busy city, it is always a luxury to find a coffee shop where you can slow down. FIKAFABRIKEN in Sai Ying Pun is filled with a simple yet warm atmosphere, from its décor to its food. The store design fully reflects the Nordic style - wooden furniture, soft light and clean colors, making people feel comfortable as soon as they walk in. We ordered two brunch sets this time: 1️⃣ Parma Ham & Sausage Stew in Pesto Sauce The taste of this pasta is average, the sauce is refreshing, and the vanilla flavor is quite prominent. However, the ingredients are relatively simple, the amount of ham and sausage is slightly insufficient, and the overall taste is not amazing, but it is not greasy. 2️⃣ Seafood in Lobster Bisque Sauce This dish is a bit richer, with the lobster soup base sauce having a light seafood sweetness, but again the amount of seafood is not large, and most of what you eat is the pasta itself. . Hot White Coffee The brunch set includes a drink under $40. I chose Hot White Coffee, which became the highlight of the entire brunch. The milk foam is dense, the coffee aroma is rich, and the taste is smooth and not bitter. It is definitely a good cup of coffee worth ordering and returning for a return visit. Dessert: Swedish Cinnamon Swirl After the meal we ordered Swedish Cinnamon Swirl for dessert. This cinnamon roll is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with just the right amount of sweetness.
