#VisitSecondaryCities Sergeant Upu Jae is one of our favorite restaurants when we visited Phrae. The view is amazing. We ate there in the evening, enjoying the beautiful mountain views, watching the sunset while enjoying a delicious moo kratha. The weather was starting to cool down, and the hot moo kratha was a perfect match. As night fell, the city lights of Phrae lit up, creating a different kind of beauty. They only sell moo kratha. There's not a huge selection, but it's incredibly delicious. Even without the atmosphere, the moo kratha here is incredibly delicious. Their moo kratha set is 500 baht, perfect for two people.
