Best Time to Visit ☀️ We recommend going early in the morning to avoid the crowds and the midday heat, especially in the summer. The golden hour (late afternoon) is also a great time for photos, as the sunlight gives the ruins a beautiful, warm glow. What to See 👀 • Arch of Titus – This stunning triumphal arch stands at the entrance and is a great place to start your exploration. • Temple of Saturn – One of the most iconic ruins, with its massive columns still standing. • Basilica of Maxentius and Constantine – The largest building in the Forum, with towering arches that hint at its former grandeur. • House of the Vestal Virgins – A fascinating glimpse into the lives of the priestesses who kept the sacred flame burning.
