It was my second visit to Roman Forum, but it was my momโs first visit ๐ธ When we visited, she was absolutely amazed by the sheer scale of the ruins and the history surrounding us ๐
The best time to go is early in the morning โ๏ธ or late in the afternoon to avoid the crowds and get the best lighting for photos ๐ธ The golden hour just before sunset makes the ancient columns and arches glow beautifully, making for stunning pictures ๐
We explored some of the most photogenic spots, like the Temple of Saturn, the Arch of Septimius Severus, and the View from Palatine Hill. If you want a breathtaking panoramic shot ๐ธ head to Tabularium Viewpoint, where you can capture the entire Forum with the Colosseum in the background ๐
I would recommend taking your time walking through the ruins, imagining what life was like in ancient Rome ๐ฏ Donโt miss the Temple of Vesta and the House of the Vestal Virgins, which offer incredible photo opportunities with their well-preserved columns and statues ๐
