While visiting Riga you might not think that a visit to the Library are a must- well I must stop you right there ! This place is a must stop on your next trip to Riga! The library lays next to the river across from old town. I want to it has like 9 floors . at the top you can see a beautiful view of the river and a big flag of Latvia. the even had a secret little place with some sofas on the top. About the other floors , you can find of course some books and some arts. on one floors that had a expedited about money and coins from Latvia.
