The Jiayang Narrow-Gauge Train in spring 🚂 seems to have emerged from a fairy tale, taking you on a journey through the enchanting spring scenery, and letting you experience the unique beauty of spring! I've prepared a travel guide, so let's go! 🚉 The Jiayang Narrow-Gauge Train has two stations: 1⃣️ Yuejin Station 💴 Ticket price: CNY 80/person for a single trip, free for children under 1.2m 🎬 Route: Yuejin Station ➡️ Mifengyan ➡️ Duanjiawan ➡️ Caiziba ➡️ Liangshituo ➡️ Bagou Station ⏱️ Duration: Approx. 60 mins one way 2⃣️ Bagou Station 💴 Ticket price: CNY 80/person for a round trip, free for children under 1.2m 🎬 Route: Bagou Station ➡️ Liangshituo ➡️ Xianrenjiao ⏱️ Duration: Approx. 20 mins one way 📷 Photo Spots: The train will stop at each station to allow time for taking photos! ✅ Mifengyan: Learn about the history and culture of the train; ✅ Duanjiawan: A classic photo spot for the train amidst rapeseed flowers, recognized by China National Geographic as one of the best scenic photography locations in Sichuan; ✅ Caiziba: Capture the train as it enters a C-shaped curve against the backdrop of rapeseed fields; ✅ Liangshituo: Watch the steam train performance; you might even see a rainbow 🌈 if the weather is good; ✅ Bagou Station: Rich with industrial heritage from the last century, it also features a food street. I'll share a guide for it in the next post! 💡Tips： 1⃣️ If you want to see the train traveling through rapeseed flowers, go to Yuejin Station. If you just want to experience the steam train, Bagou Station is sufficient! 2⃣️ If you drive to Yuejin Station and buy a single trip train ticket, you can take the bus back. Buses operate according to a schedule, and I'm not sure if there will be more buses during peak season; otherwise, the wait might be a bit long! 3⃣️ The best time to see the rapeseed flowers in Jiayang is from March to April. It's best to purchase train tickets in advance! 4⃣️ If you want to experience the Huangcun Well Mine (CNY 80/person), you can take the tram (CNY 20/person) from Bagou Station. If you drive to Bagou Station, you can also drive there, or choose to walk 1.6km! 5⃣️ Check the weather forecast before you go. Sunny days offer better lighting for photos!
