The Pink Mosque, also known as the Putra Mosque, is called Masjid Putra in Malay. The Pink Mosque is located in Putrajaya, the new administrative center of Malaysia. It is said that it is a local Malaysian mosque modeled after the Hassan Mosque in Casablanca. The spacious main hall of the Pink Mosque is said to be able to accommodate more than 15,000 people praying at the same time. It is currently the largest mosque in Malaysia.
