Russia begins here – vacation in Pskov 🌿🌸

#hellohalloween Pskov is an ancient Russian city with a rich history. I visited the Kremlin, Holy Trinity Cathedral, and the Pogankin Chambers, enjoyed the wonderful views of the Velikaya River, and admired the ancient churches. The first mention of the city dates back to 903! Remarkably, it was never captured by enemies, although it was often attacked. This is because one of the largest ancient Russian fortresses, of which the Kremlin (Krom) is a part, was located on its territory. ✨ ✨Ten churches in Pskov are included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. I stayed at the Old Estate Spa Hotel. A stay in a good hotel is wonderful, and a presidential suite is even better! Let me start by saying that it's located almost in the very center 🤍 The Pskov Kremlin is about a 10-minute walk away. The interior is medieval in style; I felt like I was in a castle! Armchairs and a luxurious fireplace add to the ambiance 💎 Another feature is the private sauna and bath, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing ✨ And Pskov definitely has plenty to offer! #hotel #russia
