Bromo Volcano

🌋 If asked which place on Earth most resembles the surface of Mars, many would blurt out Mount Bromo. Since April, Indonesia's travel popularity index has skyrocketed 👍🏻 Today, Warm Brother also summarized some travel experiences about Bromo for everyone. ⚠️Little tips: 1️⃣ Even beginners can climb it. The trek takes about 20 minutes, and various tools are available to help you. 2️⃣ The travel experience is well-developed. Whether you join a tour group or go solo, Bromo is the easiest option. 3️⃣ The travel experience is diverse. First, go to the Bromo viewing platform to watch the sunrise, then descend and take a jeep for a photo shoot with the volcano in the background. After that, ride a horse to the crater, walking along the most primitive crater trail, hugging the volcano as you go 🚶 This experience is unique (in China, definitely the railings would be built to the max, you know). 🏖️Route: Mid-mountain breakfast shop —— sunrise at the mountain opposite Bromo —— descend to the jeep at the foot of the volcano 🌋 climb aboard for a group photo —— up to the crater and then back to the hotel 🏨 ⏰Duration: 6-7h 📷Photography guide: 🔹 It's recommended to hire a guide at the foot of the mountain to lead you up, leave all the angles to the guide, and you'll generally know from the pictures 🔹 It's actually quite difficult to find someone and remember the spots before sunrise‼️ 🔹 Personally, I think the different tree angles from the viewing platform are all pretty good, just find your angle. Sea of clouds is common, but usually gets blown away by 8-9 am, so it's advised to shoot earlier. ✅Precautions‼️: 🟡 It's colder in the early morning, so it's recommended to wear a thin down jacket and a windbreaker, which can be packed away after the sun comes out. 🟡 You can negotiate the price for horse riding to the crater, but it's usually hard to haggle with the guide over the price. 🟡 The Bromo trip is easy! No need for hiking sticks or gas masks (unless you're climbing Mount Ijen, which requires such equipment).
