New Desserts

Friends who know the author must know that I am over-the-top sweet devil, although I can not like when I was young dessert as a main meal, but dinner always have to come a little sweet, to feel complete. Recently, I received a report from a friend that Prince Edward has opened a new cake shop, run by a blue belt pastry chef. I can't wait to meet him. I ordered three cakes from the left to share the sweetness with my family. The first piece is Ruby Pound Cake, crispy on the outside and like a lemon cake on the inside, and mixed with Poppy Seed, rich in layers, quite special. The one that looks like a shell is Cacao Cake, which is a little smoky in the mouth. I like the texture, but the taste is rich and layered chocolate flavor, with a little gold foil on top as an embellishment to add a sense of luxury. The last piece of Pistachio & Orange Cake, pistachio seems to be a recent hit, fortunately the hotel afternoon tea is themed. The dicey shape is pistachio and exudes freshness. It looks good and tastes good. After a small trial, I can try a few more different flavors next time to satisfy my sweet stomach. Store information: Baker's Moment
