Macquarie Shopping Mall Review

Visiting Macquarie Shopping Mall in the summer was a really unique experience! ㅎㅎ It was a completely different atmosphere from Korea's winter. The inside of the mall was cool and spacious with the warm weather. :) There were various brands and stores, so shopping was fun, and there were many colorful summer items to match the summer season, so it was fun to look around. It was a really great place to enjoy a leisurely stroll and shopping! #JanuaryTravelSupportEvent #AustraliaTravel + I attached the stickers because they belong to someone else:)

Port Macquarie Museum

Check out my latest adventure in Port Macquarie 🏖️ This coastal town totally charmed me with its sea breeze, lush greenery, and bold Western-style architecture. From walking under the temperamental sky—that flipped from sunny to rainy and back—to admiring some seriously magnificent buildings, Port Macquarie’s cultural vibe totally stands out! Must-See Places in Port Macquarie: 🛤️ Historic Walk: Take a stroll through the heart of town, where grand government buildings and museums sit surrounded by leafy streets. If you find yourself on Clarence Street, snap some photos of the classic architecture (Google “Port Macquarie Historic Courthouse” for easy navigation—open daily 9am to 5pm). 🌳 Town Green & Riverside: Chill out at Town Green park (near Horton Street), perfect for people-watching or grabbing takeaway fish & chips nearby. Follow the riverside path for gorgeous views—especially when the clouds break! 🏛️ Museum Moment: When the weather turns, duck into the Port Macquarie Museum (22 Clarence St, open Mon–Sat 10am to 4pm) for a taste of local history and some iconic culture. Traveler Insight: Don’t let the unpredictable weather kill your vibe—bring an umbrella OR embrace it! Sometimes the clouds make the Western-style buildings look even more dramatic for your photos. 🌦️ Getting Around: The town is super walkable! Most spots are within 15 minutes on foot, so comfy shoes are a must. Public buses run along main roads if you want to venture further out—check local timetables on trip.com. What to Eat: Try local seafood at bills Fishhouse (24 Clarence St)—the prawn linguine is a coastal must! Café culture is strong here; pick any cute spot along Horton or William Street for brunch. Key Tips: No visa needed for most visitors, ATMs aplenty, and weather is changeable—dress in layers. #PortMacquarie #AussieCoast #WalkableTowns #ArchitectureLovers #tripdotcom

Port Macquarie

Here’s my quick guide to Port Macquarie—coastal gem for chill vibes, awesome eats, and a slice of beach city life 🏖️✨ Must-See Spots: 🌿 Town Centre Stroll: Walking around the Port Macquarie town centre in the evening is super relaxing—even when it rains (tip: bring an umbrella, or duck into a café whenever the drops get wild). The streets look cozy, especially with shops and lamplight reflecting on the wet paths. 🍴 Dinner Indoors: Rainy nights call for a seat at a local restaurant. Try Bills Fishhouse + Bar (22 Horton St, Port Macquarie)—delicious seafood and coastal classics, open daily till late. If you want something casual, Burger Rebellion (6/2 Horton St, Port Macquarie) is a lively spot that stays open until 9:30pm most nights. ☕️ Escape the drizzle: After dinner, grab coffee or dessert at Social Grounds Café (302 Harbour Dr), open till 6pm, but sometimes longer in the summer. Great spot to recharge before heading out again! Rainy Day Tip: Don’t stress about bad weather—Port Macquarie town is made for flexible evenings. Most restaurants have big indoor areas, so you can enjoy your meal and city views out the window. If you get stuck in a shower, use it as an excuse to check out some cozy bars or cafés. Getting Around: 🚶♂️ Walking is best in the town centre for short distances. There’s plenty of street parking if you need to drive—just check for parking limits. Extra Travel Tips: Mornings tend to be drier, so save beach walks for then. Rain can come fast—pack a light rain jacket! #PortMacquarie #RainyNights #CoastalEats #AustraliaTravels #tripdotcom
