I had the chance to participate in a short mindfulness session with the monks, and it was such a grounding experience 🧘♂️🙏. You can even join in walking meditation or Dhamma talks if you come at the right time! Getting there is easy with a short tuk-tuk or bicycle ride from the Ayutthaya Historical Park 🚲🛺. There’s no entrance fee, and visitors are welcome to explore respectfully.
