Here are the three most worthwhile temples I selected: Wat Mahathat One of the most famous ruins in Ayutthaya, the famous Buddha head hugging a tree is one of the must-see attractions. It symbolizes the fusion of nature and faith, and is full of vicissitudes and sacredness. Wat Phu Khao Thong Also known as the Golden Mount Temple, it was originally built by Burmese rulers. The white pagoda is majestic and spectacular, and you can climb the steps to overlook the scenery of the city.
