Pantai Bisikan Bayu, or been translated in English as ‘Beach of Whispering Breeze’ , is a splendid and pleasant beach fringed with casuarinas trees and a rows of coconut trees. It is located between the villages of Kampung Tok Bali and Kampung Semerak on a stretch of Kelantan coastline just before the border with Terengganu. On the way to the beach, you will find a lots of stalls selling the local food product such as ‘Keropok Ikan, Keropok Lekor, Sata,budu and many more. There is also a farm based product like tapioca, sweet patato,pumpkins and melons been sold in a very economical price in a massive quantity. Besides, there also a sea products like mussel and Osyter been sold there by a locals. The beach has the other name and it is also known as Pantai Dalam Rhu.
