Living in the south of India, my expedition to north already made me felt like I'm going to a different country. Like China, India also has wide variety of landscapes and so, the population thrives and overflows I believe. I took a flight to Kashmir, and hired a taxi to this place. As we decided to go to unexplored places, my athletic friend was of great help to get these places. We spent two days there in Kashmir valley. We made up the tent and was all well prepared with survival kit for two days, as temperature can drop really low there. The next day we had a nice milk tea (奶茶)at the very famous Dal lake, also we did some boating enjoying it's serene and calm beauty. The final day, we went to the Kashmiri bazaar (market) to taste some local food and for shopping maniac. It is definitely a go to place, if you are in India. #urbanexplorer #leaveyourmark #indiatravel #kashmir #himalayas #urbanexplorer

Kopaonik In Serbia Skiing in Kopaonik, Serbia is becoming a growing trend for skiers looking to move away from the commercial skiing facilities of Central and Northern Europe in search of more naturally occurring skiing trails. With a snow range of 1770-2017 metres and a village positioned 5,000 feet above sea level Kopeonik in Serbia is seen as the answer to many skiers’ dreams. With a three hour journey from the nearest airport Kopaonik is surely worth the effort, having cross-country skiing, night skiing, skydiving, sleigh rides, ice-skating, indoor tennis and many other activities for the winter sports enthusiast to enjoy. The mountain climbs 35,000 feet into the cold Serbian sky, whilst ski lifts only climb to 6,617 feet. The skiing facility is yet to host a major skiing event; despite being home to several international snowboarding competitions and cross-country skiing as well. The living quarters are apt for pricing that would delight the weariest of tourists. Skiers can experience national cuisine such as Burek (pastry, cheese, spinach) and Pljeskavica #cityoverlook#easylife#europeanarchitecture#palace#themeparks#naturalwonders#beautifulhotel#summervacation#hikingtrails#hotelstay#urbanexplorer

Langkawi Island Malaysia For those looking for a different cultural experience, or even just a great holiday destination, then adding Malaysia to your travel list will not disappoint. A Malaysian holiday can be a relaxed resort style getaway on one of the islands such as Sabah or Langkawi, bargain shopping and sight-seeing in the capital Kuala Lumpur, or perhaps a combination of both to let you experience the diversity of this amazing country. Langkawi situated just off the northwestern coast of Peninsular Malaysia comprises a group of 104 tropical islands during the low tides and 99 Island during the high tides. The main island Langkawi, is 47. 848 Hectare followed by Pulau Dayang Bunting and Pulau Tuba while some of the others appear to be mere dots in the emerald green ocean when viewed from the air. In Langkawi a nature adventure had a true-blue naturalist as their guide. #themeparks#bestislandtraveltowns#naturalwonders#beautifulhotel#seasidephotoguide#summervacation#beachvacation#hikingtrails#hotelstay#urbanexplorer

Skiing In Utah: Utah is a great place to take a skiing vacation, regardless of your skiing abilities or experience. With a number of world class ski resorts, Utah boasts some of North America’s best skiing, and prides itself on having ‘the best snow on earth’. But don’t take my word for it – get out there and experience the magic of skiing in Utah for yourself! With such high quality resorts, and truly amazing snow coverage and texture, Utah is an excellent location for your skiing vacation. If you’re looking for a choice of resorts, but you don’t want to venture too far from home, Utah is definitely the place for you. Its fine, powdery snow can be experienced through most of the year, and you’d be simply mad not to visit Utah at some point if you’re a skiing enthusiast like me. One of the premier resorts in Utah is the Deer Valley Resort..... #hiking#themeparks#naturalwonders#beautifulhotel#summervacation#hikingtrails#hotelstay#urbanexplorer

Holy Church of Saint Lazarus

Larnaca Of Cyprus Larnaca is one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world. In the time of the Old Testament, the city was known as Kition and the ruins of the ancient city can still be seen today. Today, Larnaca is the international gateway to Cyprus; with very good resturants and hotels, excellent shops, sandy beaches and endless, blue sea.. In the last few years, as a result of huge development, many new resturants and hotels, opened thier doors, for people all over the world.. Three places you shoud visit at the time you spend in the city. First, Kition .This underground temple complex is the remains of the biblical city of Kition, which was settled in 1300BC. Part of the ancient Cyclopean wall and the temple of Astarte still exist. The second place is the Church of Agios Lazarus, In this beautiful little 9th century church lies the tomb of St Lazarus. This is one of the most important Orthodox pilgrimage sites. The third one is Larnaka Fort, This small fort served as a prison during British occupation. #givethanks#tripinspired#themeparks#bestislandtraveltowns#naturalwonders#beautifulhotel#summervacation#beachvacation#hotelstay#urbanexplorer

Keukenhof

Keukenhof The Garden Of Holland : No visit to the Netherlands can be complete without visiting the magnificent gardens at Keukenhof Lisse. Me and My wife always visit the park once a year and I never enjoy a better day each year as there are so many things to see and experience. This year is the 58th time the parks are open to the public and they are spectacular. The Dutch people really excel in art of producing the worlds most beautiful flowers. The other draw is the fact that the smell of the flowers is astonishing. Opening this year on the 20th March I found my self and my wife engrossed in the splendor of colour and imagination of the various flower mosaics and exhibition flowers. In one of the large exhibition rooms you can watch the flower masters I have no other words for them putting together arrangements and displays. They are extremely talented also as you browse you notice that each of the flower arrangements and displays are marked... #travelguide#themeparks#naturalwonders#roadtrip#summervacation#hotelstay#urbanexplorer

The Valencia Spain Fallas Nowadays : Spain and especially Valencia is filled with tradition, and Las Fallas is the most popular and outstanding tradition in this marvellous city. It is a festival where everyone can participate whether you are from the local land, a foreigner who has chosen to spend some time there or an intentional tourist who has planned to visit the city on purpose to find out what emotions can be lived. Satire and gaiety are two very important concepts that you must keep in mind along with good food and entertainment on practically every corner. It is always held from March 15th to the 19th, Saint Joseph’s Day, when the great bonfire or Fallas are burnt. Let’s find what its all about. No one really knows how it all started, but it seems to have began with a pagan festival having to do with Saturn, something very much celebrated in the old Roman Times. All activities were put aside except cooking, in those times done over wooden fires where a lot of kindling wood was not only used for light and cooking but also to alert the towns people and those travelling by sea. Saturn is also linked to Satan and there is no doubt that all this can be tied together with fire and the pagan tradition of burning things to get rid of bad spirits. #tripinspired#givethanks#palace#themeparks#naturalwonders#summervacation#beachvacation#hotelstay#urbanexplorer
