Hokkaido 🌸Higashimokoto Shibazakura

Picture doesnt do justice to how beautifully the pink moss had grew over the whole area! Shibazakura, also known as moss phlox, is the representative flower of Spring in Hokkaido. Higashimokoto Shibazakura Park is one of the most well-known places for shibazakura in the whole prefecture! The ten-hectare park is painted with the most glorious pink and white colors from early May to early June. At the top of the hill is an observatory from which to take stunning photographs of the picturesque landscape. Weather is perfect during this period too.. If you are scare of the cold winter in Hokkaido, I would recommend you to come during this period thats the best weather you can get! Neither too cold nor too hot! Is also stunning to have a sea of pink flowers.. magnificent and pleasure to the eyes.. You can also have a taste of the ice cream made from shibazakura. #hokkaido
