Kannon Rock Observatory

#japantrip There is a sign that says it is only 50 meters from the prefectural road, and you have to park your car on the roadside in a plaza and climb some stairs to get there. If you only see Kannon Rock, you can see it right away, but to get to this observation deck, you have to go up the stairs and go further to the right. As you reach Dontsuki, an observation deck appears on the cliff along the coast, but Kannon Rock itself cannot be seen clearly from here. Instead, you can enjoy spectacular views along the coast such as Odo Beach and Kashiwa Island. It's easy and worth a visit when sightseeing in Kashiwajima.
