Osaka Udon Restaurant Takeuchi Udon

🇯🇵 Osaka, Japan 💙 Takeuchi Udon (たけうちうどん店) Last March, I traveled to Osaka, Japan, and I want to introduce Takeuchi Udon (たけうちうどん店), a fantastic udon restaurant I enjoyed during my trip. Located about a 15-minute walk from Osaka's Umeda Station, its quiet location away from the bustling center of Umeda made it even more appealing. Takeuchi Udon is not only popular among tourists but also highly favored by locals in Osaka. When we visited during lunchtime, there was a long line of people waiting. After waiting for 20 minutes, we were finally able to enter the restaurant. We ordered cold udon topped with crispy tempura and warm udon with soft seaweed. The best part about Takeuchi Udon is its light seasoning, which allows you to fully appreciate the natural flavors of the ingredients. The udon noodles were incredibly chewy and firm, making them absolutely delicious. The cold udon, in particular, had the best texture I've ever experienced in udon noodles. Throughout the meal, my companions and I couldn't stop expressing our admiration for the food.
