It's filled with plenty of vegetables such as Chinese cabbage, and can be enjoyed as pork shabu-shabu with ponzu sauce. The ponzu sauce has a very low acidity and a refreshing citrus flavor, making it an excellent dish! It's so delicious that you'll want to drink it all up. The white rice that was dipped in ponzu sauce and then bounced on top was also extremely delicious. The white rice has fine grains and a sweet taste. It's served in a rice cooker, so you can have as many refills as you like. The mizudaki and ponzu sauce were so delicious that I ended up eating two bowls.
