🍜Miso noodle Koji 📍Yodoyabashi, Osaka (5 mins walk from Yodoyabashi Station) This time I ordered 🥢Dry miso noodles with Japanese pepper (950 yen) ➕Small rice included ️📝 The smell of Japanese pepper was already there when it was brought to me✨️ Just this alone will increase your appetite! Medium-thick, high-hydration hand-kneaded noodles made with domestic wheat are very elastic and smooth. The custom-made koji miso and Japanese pepper sauce are well mixed together and are delicious💕 The crunchy texture of the purple onions goes really well with it, and I can't stop eating☺️ The thin char siu is soft and tender, and there is plenty of bamboo shoots. Finally, add the rice! It's nice that the sauce with sansho pepper soaks into the rice and gives it a different flavor from the noodles✨ The amount of rice is just right, like a diving meal🙆♀️ I finished it in no time✨️ Thank you for the meal🙏 I'd like to try the burnt garlic miso ramen, too, and I'd like to go again🍜 ✍️I visited on a weekday at 7pm, but there was no wait🙆♀️ The restaurant only has counter seating.
