Enjoy waffles and ice cream on the beach at Oostende

It catches the eye with a giant Liege Waffle model and ice cream in front of the shop. The shop is quite large, with comfortable seating, drinks and ice cream to order. So I wanted to try Liege Waffles here to make it worth my trip to Belgium. ➡️ Liege Waffles – Liege Waffles are generally oval with rough edges, soft and dense dough, and quite heavy. The surface is coated with a thin layer of Pearl Sugar, giving it a slightly sweet taste. Although street stalls in cities with a lot of foreign tourists like to make them with whipped cream, sauce, and various toppings to make them look fancy, real Belgians prefer to eat them plain. Because it won't be too sweet and you'll still get the milky and buttery flavor that's the highlight of Liege Waffles. So we ordered the plain one to try. This shop's texture is soft - dense, with a nice milky and buttery aroma. ➡️ Chocolate Ice Cream - The ice cream here is smooth and dense, creamy and has a rich chocolate flavor. It's quite delicious. For drinks, we ordered hot cocoa. Overall, it's a convenient shop. The quality of the food is good, with milk and butter.
