It is run by an elderly couple, and check-in is only possible at certain times. Please be careful as there may be additional fees or check-in may not be possible after a certain time. The rooms are clean and very warm, making it very comfortable to sleep. The highlight of this place is the view of Hallshtat Lake 🦢, which can be seen beyond the terrace. Although it was cloudy on the day I visited, on clear days, not only the village of Hallshtat but also the stars can be seen at night ✨.
