Gimin Nabe 🍲 is a modern take on the cuisine of Hotel Yamaguchiya, which was created to tell the story of the ancestors of Hotel Yamaguchiya, who stood up to save the villagers. It is a miso-based hot pot with sukiyaki, mushrooms, and other ingredients. The sukiyaki was chewy and the miso soup was soaked in, so it was delicious!!! ⁡ Other dishes included grilled salted river fish (I think it was trout) and grilled miso pork, which were delicious and filled me up!!! ⁡ For breakfast, you can eat Japanese food with small bowls as the main dish! I was quietly happy to be able to warm up the miso soup on the spot and enjoy it piping hot!
