Quarry Bay beginner hiking route | Admire the clock flowers and search for strange rocks.

After the Chinese New Year, the weather has slightly improved and many flowers are blooming! The Comber's Greenway is located near Quarry Bay and Tai Koo, with the trail connecting Hong Kong Parkview and Braemar Hill. The entire route takes about 2 hours to complete, and many nearby residents come here for a leisurely walk. Along the way, you will encounter strange and interesting rock formations that resemble dinosaurs, apes, and fish fins, which make for great photo opportunities. If you come during the right season, you can also see a large number of hanging bell flowers in bloom. There are no supply stations along the entire route, only pavilions for travelers to rest. To get to the Kam Po Country Trail, exit from Exit B of Tai Koo Station and walk left along King's Road to Kai Lai Road. Walk along the right side of the road until the end, then turn right into the second section of Wai Yick Street. After walking a short distance, you will see a sign for "Tai Tam Country Park (Quarry Bay Extension)" at the entrance. Walk up the stairs on the left side. At the top of the stairs, you will reach the Kam Po Country Trail. Follow the main road towards the Pak Ka In the middle section, there is a large rock. Standing on the rock, you can overlook the foot of the mountain. The tall trees come into view, as if "standing at the top of the world" and being in the midst of the martial arts world. Continuing on the path will lead to a large stone formation, with a relatively narrow path that requires extra caution when passing through. After 20 minutes of walking, there is a secret path on the right side of the mountain path that leads to the "Strange Shaped Rocks". The secret path has a lot of sand and rocks, steep and slippery, so be careful not to walk too fast. After passing through the secret path, you will see rocks of different shapes. In front of you is the monkey-faced ape stone, and on the right is the fish fin-shaped fish fin stone. After returning to the original mountain path, walk for 5 minutes to reach the dinosaur stone, which is extremely similar in appearance and expression, and there are plants growing nearby, like a dinosaur "having a meal", super interesting and strange! After leaving "Jurassic Park", walk towards the Ba Jia Shan Road, and along the way, you will see the green mountain path decorated with pitcher plants. Many photography enthusiasts come here specifically to capture the blooming scene of the pitcher plants. Walking forward for a while will lead to the end of the hiking trail, and turning left up the slope at the end will bring you back to the ancient city area. Kampung Kemensah Hiking Trail Duration: 2 hours Directions: Take the excursion path to Kangbo by exiting the turnstile at Exit B of Tai Koo Station, turning left onto King's Road and walking to Kiley Road. Walk along the right side until the end, then turn into the second entrance of Wei Yixin Path. After walking for a while, you will see a sign for "Tai Tam Country Park (Quarry Bay Extension)" at the entrance. Walk up the stairs on the left-hand side to reach the Kangbo excursion path.
