It caught my eye, so I decided to take a look at the menu. I quickly went in, as I love tonkatsu. The original pear sauce is a little sweet and sour. / The rich katsu sauce is sour and salty, with a sweet and sour flavor. / The yuzu dressing is sour and sweet with a hint of citrus. / The sesame dressing is salty, sweet, and creamy with a sesame aroma. I was happily grinding sesame seeds while waiting for the food to arrive. We ordered the sirloin and tenderloin. After a while, the pork was served. It was incredibly fragrant. The pork was perfectly fried, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, without being greasy. It was perfect. It came with a cute Japanese-style pot of rice, piping hot. You can refill the rice and cabbage as much as you want. The atmosphere in the restaurant is spacious, with cool air conditioning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, everything was great. The food is especially delicious. I highly recommend you come and try it. It's not crowded, and you won't have to wait long.
