Ningbo: The most comfortable Zen forest hiking route this year

Less than 1 hour's drive from Ningbo, the Zen mountain and water ancient path on the coast of the East China Sea is composed of several ancient paths and forest trails, with a route of nearly 10 km passing through the Beilun forest secret realm rich in negative oxygen ions. The hiking route starts from a large free parking lot in Shangfu Village, Beilun District, and proceeds counterclockwise. After passing through the ancient village of Shangfu Village, it reaches the entrance of this small forest, the Liwaifeng Forest Trail.
