Smooth Visit to the Cloisters

Arriving on a Friday morning from Connecticut via train and subway was quite simple. I ventured up the Fort Tryon side paths and found it enjoyable. The museum itself is fantastic. The cloisters， the botany， the treasury， the Hudson views， and the remarkable collection were impressive. Many items， if left in France or Germany， might not have survived WWII. I even had lunch overlooking a medieval cloister. Afterward， I took a nearby Citibike south along the Hudson River Greenway under the GW Bridge (check out the little red lighthouse) and headed to around 155th Street to visit the Hispanic Society Museum. It was a fun day.
