Before visiting the company, I specially ate at the world's first Shack Shake. I thought it was a touching myth of a food truck turning into a global chain brand. It turns out that the founder Danny Meyer is an absolute boss in the catering industry. His Union Square Restaurant Group has many well-known restaurants! 🍔In 2001, the group opened this origin food truck in Madison Square Garden, NY, to support charity. It was borrowed from a Michelin three-star restaurant under the group. 😂So the group took advantage of the meat supply chain and discovered the niche market where white-collar workers need high-quality and healthy food. The main product is fresh ground beef patties that have never been frozen. No wonder it must be delicious and expensive~ 🍔What's even better is that it's located outdoors in the park. When the sun is good, it's very comfortable to eat a burger while basking in the sun. It especially conveys the concept of healthy, environmentally friendly and sustainable development to the market. It uses 100% antibiotic-free Angus beef and organic vegetables. The ice cream and milk are also green foods.
