Brooklyn.

We recently stayed for 3 nights in the corner suite family room. The suite was beautiful and large and the double room adequate for the children. . . the open plan bathroom opens up an otherwise small room. Unfortunately, there was construction work going on opposite the hotel so there was noise from builders early in the morning. Also be aware that although the Brooklyn Bridge rooms have fantastic views, they are definitely noisy (ferries, cars, people from local bars and restaurants) I believe the Manhatten rooms are quieter. Disappointing that every day we put a "do not disturb" light in our room but every day the maid barged in without knocking at 8.30am. The rooftop pool is great. . . got there at 9am to sleep. The view is amazing and the staff is very pleasant. Food is also good. The restaurant and bar downstairs also has good staff. The staff at the coffee bar are not friendly at all. It was also difficult to find the concierge on several occasions and the taxi we ordered for the airport was 30 minutes late. Overall, an interesting hotel with a chill vibe but needs polishing action to make it really good. #themepark#zoo#nationalpark#lakes#beaches
