Very Pleasant short stay

I had a Sun/Mon overnight stay at Hotel Henri that I booked directly through their website. I was able to book a 2 double bed room with no problems and once I arrived, checkin was a breeze. My experience was with a lady name Ellie (not sure if thats spelled correctly) but she has excellent customer service. Very friendly demeanor and made me and my guests feel extremely welcomed. I also witnessed her interacting with other guests and she was the same way. My room was very clean and the bathroom smelled really good upon arrival. Only 2 issues I encountered were: water leaked out of the shower onto the floor when in use and the mini fridge did not get cool at all. Other than that, beds were pretty comfortable. Alot of reviews mention how small the rooms are, but honestly, its NYC. Everything is tight and packed, so the size of the room wasnt a surprise to me. 2 people can comfortably walk around freely, 3 people will require a little maneuvering. I did have a car during my stay so I was able to park on the street (Free on sundays) and by the next morning, I got the early bird special (vehicles in between 6-8am and out by 6pm was $22) at the parking garage down the block.
