The back door of the hotel leads directly to Binjiang Park, and it is not far from Langshan Scenic Area, Haohe Scenic Area, and Green Expo Garden. The hotel lobby is on the second floor. Booked a city view twin room and got upgraded to a premium room with a view of Langshan and the Yangtze River. The room has twin beds, offering a wide view. You can see the Langshan Scenic Area and the Yangtze River from the window. The bathroom is equipped with a river view bathtub, double sink design, and the toilet has a bidet. Amenities are the standard Byredo of Intercontinental Hotels, but it seems the hotel has downgraded the amenities as the toiletries are no longer Byredo. The Intercontinental Club Lounge is on the 11th floor, offering an even better view of the Langshan Scenic Area and the Yangtze River. You can even see large ships in the Yangtze River and the port equipment on the opposite bank. The lounge here is of good quality, with a nice environment, few people, and quiet, much quieter than the noisy 'Marriott Canteen.' The waiters can mix drinks on the spot, and the cocktail of the day was 'Cuba Libre.' Soft drinks include coconut juice, Wanglaoji, etc., and the tea bags are TWG. There are also many types of hot dishes, including Nantong's specialty chopped pepper hairtail. Breakfast is at Dongchu Xiji on the first floor. Cold dishes include smoked salmon, and steamed dishes include beef tripe, chicken feet, shrimp dumplings, etc. There are three types of freshly squeezed juices, and the egg station offers Benedict eggs, but the poached eggs were a bit overcooked. The fitness center and swimming pool are on the third floor. The hotel has a large outdoor garden, lawn, pond, children's facilities, camping tents, etc. There are also black and white swans in the lake.
